Madelena Eifert holds a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) with a focus on epidemiological methods and research. They earned their M.P.H. and a B.S. in Forensic Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Eifert’s research interests primarily focus on underserved communities and public policy changes to address social determinants of health. Originally from southwest Virginia, Eifert has now made her home in Richmond, Va. and is heavily inspired by the challenges that affect her adopted community. Her research has been supported by a VCU Publishing Research Award.
