Breanna Schuetz is a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) student at The University of North Carolina-Greensboro and North Carolina A & T State University, graduating in May of 2019 from the Joint Masters Program. Schuetz graduated from Augustana College with a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2016. Upon graduating from Augustana College, she traveled to Guatemala for a service learning trip. This trip inspired her to become a social worker. Breanna Schuetz volunteers with the Break the Chain Kennel Kru, a local non-profit that builds kennels for chained dogs in Guilford county and supports the dogs’ families. She is also on the LIFEGuardianship Council for the Arc of North Carolina. Upon graduation, Schuetz hopes to pursue a career in a hospital or non-profit, assisting individuals with disabilities.
